Paseos is a community in Boca Raton, Florida. We are located about halfway between Ft. Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, on the east coast of Florida.
This web-site is for our residents, but if you're a visitor from somewhere else and just stopped in to look, welcome. In Florida we're used to visitors.
This site is here as a reference, and as a communication tool. We can communicate with each other, with the Board of Directors, and with our management company.
The annual meeting can't be expected to provide enough information to each homeowner about our community. We've been to the Board meetings and many times we were the only residents there. A newsletter is beneficial, but that takes a lot of time and effort. The latest newsletter is now online, just log in to see it.
If you get some information from this website, and are also willing to put some information back, this site could become a very effective tool for our community.
